KW Cares & RED Day
KW Cares, our 501(3)c solely funded by agent contributions, serves to support KW Agents and family members experiencing financial hardships creating financial grants and aid in the event of things like illness or natural disaster.

Since 2009, every Market Center sets aside the 2nd Thursday in May to Renew, Energize and Donate our time to RED Day to offer volunteer hours, fundraising, and more to benefit our local communities.

KW Kids Can is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering young adults to unlock their greatest potential through self-development events, coaching and scholarships.
Our interactive learning experiences shatter limiting beliefs & help budding entrepreneurs, college students, and next-generation leaders define their personal mission and discover their path to a fulfilled life.

Profit Share
Profit share is a cooperative wealth-building tool where market center owners invest in the people who helped the office grow. Rather than shaving cash off the top of every deal, owners share profits to create a successful and sustainable business that takes care of its people even after they cease production.
With the understanding that agents can’t be in production forever, the profit share system was created as a financial tool to allow KW associates to build inheritable wealth through passive income.
Growth Share
In the growth share model, agents split the commission for every completed transaction with their office. That office then sends a portion of their revenue to Keller Williams and the region.
Unlike the profit share model, the associates participating in growth share enjoy a portion of their region’s bottom line, rather than that of the market center.
