Madison serves as the Executive Team Leader at KW Tampa Properties and Wesley Chapel Business Center. Madison's focus is on recruiting talented agents to the company. With her experience in serving as the Team Leader at our partnered location, Keller Williams Realty Portfolio Collection in Largo, Madison is passionate about leveraging proven KW systems in coaching, consulting, and education helping agents grow big businesses leading to bigger lives.

Mike serves as the Team Leader at KW Tampa Properties. Mike's focus is on recruiting launching agents to the company. With his experience in education administration and as a top producing member of a real estate team, Mike thrives on helping new agents get into production and start their careers in real estate through our real estate scholarship program, KSCORE.

Jennifer comes to Tampa Properties as an experienced accountant & human resources professional with years of experience serving large corporations.  Jennifer is passionate about helping agents run profitable businesses following the MREA model.  She is a resource for all financial questions about agents’ personal businesses and the open-book finances of the Market Center.

Amber Lee serves as the Director of Agent Services.  She began her career with the company in 2012 giving her extensive knowledge of all KW systems & policies.  She is your go-to resource! She coordinates all onboarding of new agents with a focus on helping new agents hit the ground running.  Her passion is teaching and helping agents learn to love all KW systems & tools.

Mykaila is the newest member of the KWTP leadership team. Her primary role is two-fold.  As the Director of First Impressions, she performs many administrative tasks and special projects as leverage for the team and operates is the friendly face behind the desk and on the phone greeting clients, managing the inbound calls, and maintaining the  presentation of the Market Center.

Michelle serves as Managing Broker for all Market Centers in the Ubaldini Group.  With years of experience as an Air Force officer driven by systems to follow and years running a top producing team, Michelle is passionate about of training our agents to be better business people creating smooth transactions for our clients and co-op agents.

Ashley serves as the Broker Liaison at Tampa Properties, the bridge between outside agents/clients on escalated contract issues and Tampa Properties agents’ first stop when dealing with potential transactional issues and contract questions. Ashley, along with her business partners and family members Karen Gajdosz and Grant Gajdosz, run the Gajdosz Home Team which consistently ranks at one of the Top 5 groups at KWTP annually.

As a successful Rainmaker, Team Leader/General Manager, and Ubaldini Group Operating Principle, Aubrey has built his career on the principle of contribution, consistently going above and beyond for his clients. His leadership extended to opening a thriving office in Dothan, Alabama, and later enhancing operations in Roswell, GA. He's dedicated to training and coaching, often sharing his insights on national stages. Aubrey is responsible for overseeing operation and financials of our 3 local Market Centers.

KWU Master Faculty Trainer and Broker, Nikki Ubaldini, serves as the Operating Principal for the KW South Florida Region, Keller Williams Realty, Keller Williams Gulfside, and Keller Williams Tampa Properties. She is the co-owner of the Gary & Nikki Team at Keller Williams Realty. Nikki is responsible for overseeing operation and financials of the South Florida Region and our 3 local Market Centers. She facilitates Regional and interoffice training.
